It was very expensive, moreover our room didn't have any window.

Good bed, large bathroom and ample space, coffee and it's own balcony in the room. Paid US$ 277. Favourable and stunning location close enough to shopping malls, dining precinct and public transport, only 5 minutes walk from Perth Arena.

The hotel itself is authentic with a rich history, especially the lift. Breakfast is great with a healthy range of varity. Hotel staff are friendly and willing to provide any assitance as long as it's within their means.
2nd floor's corridor is creaky at certain areas. Not that it affects me but I hope it don't affect the guests around that area.

Location was central and easy to return navigate. The rooms were large enough and kept clean and the cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Enjoy the atmosphere of the bar downstairs. Reception staff were always friendly and informative love the old style lift The hotel was mostly quiet upstairs
Didnt enjoy the adjoining room (window wall), would have preferred an outside window to the room. The bed was quite saggy and uncomfortable

Not much
My shower screen was broken, I asked for it to be repaired and it never did and my room tv channels looked like I was watching snow. Rooms Were not clean.

Its location is excellent. 19th century character - good, 20th century fittings - bad
The wall with the adjoining room was paper thin, so when next door left their TV on all night it was somewhat difficult to sleep. The decoration is very 1970's - pine furniture and laura ashley border. There was a tacky shower curtain instead of a door to the shower. The internet (wireless) didnt work on 2nd floor - reception too poor. I chose an older classic hotel because I thought the room would be spacious - it wasn't. No parking is provided, and in Perth its extortionately expensive.

I was impressed by the elegant blend of heritage and contemporary design throughout the hotel, with clean and accessible areas, made it easy for me to navigate comfortably .
Loud music in the bar made relaxation difficult.

Loved the room. Loved the location. It's a lovely, authentic, old hotel. Food from room service was delicious, quick and reasonably priced.
Not thrilled with the front desk service.

Nicely renovated brand-new hotel with competent staff members with great service. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast. Perfect location, a short walk to Barracks Arch. A train station a short walk to the venue.

I loved the cozy feel of the Heritage King Room and the remarkable rooftop bar views. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and the massage service was a real treat! Just a small hiccup with the late checkout policy, but it didn't ruin my great experience. 😊
